cannot access my switch through telnet

I want to access my switch from my office through telnet but i cannot below check the configuration please check what should i do to access it back

Since this use of aaa authentication is already in the configuration

aaa authentication login default local

putting login local under the vty is superfluous and would not be used. 

I do not see any evidence that the problem is about authentication. Can the original poster tell us what happens when they attempt to telnet? Is there any prompt? Any messages received about the attempt to connect?

Can the original poster give us the output of these commands on the switch

show interface status

show vlan

show interface trunk

show arp (or perhaps show ip arp)

I see that the configuration has specified a vlan interface for management as vlan 700. I do not see any configuration that defines the vlan other than the vlan interface. So the output of show vlan will verify whether the switch actually knows about this vlan. And the output of show interface trunk will verify whether this vlan is carried on the trunk.
