cannot change the baudrate back to 9600

i have a 3560v2 switch and i cannot set the baudrate back to 9600 , (i tried lin con 0 , speed command) but after reload the switch it goesback to 38400

and tried (unset baud) & set badu from rommon but no thing

how i save the baudrate to 9600 even when i restart the switch

A couple of things you could check. Make sure that your config register is set correctly to 0x2102 by looking at "sh ver". If that's set correctly, try going under the line and do "default speed" and save the changes. Then reboot to see if the changes are set.

there is no config refister as it is a switch layer 2 not router
