Cannot ping two VLANs on same network on a 2960X switch

i m create 2 vlan in switch

but they are not communicating

vlan148-172.31.136.1/21 trunk

vlan20-172.31.144.1/24

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 172.31.136.1

but not work plz help me

Can you post the output of "sh run" and "show vlan" from the switch?

Do you have access ports configured for vlan 148 and 20?

Is there a device connected to each access port?
