cannot upgrade switches

Hi,

I am trying to update switches (Catalyst 2960) but it just hangs at the first step (Loading the tar file to the switch). I successfully downloaded the patch and have used it on other switches so I dont think its a corrupted patch issue. See screenshot below:

Hi,

I've several times met different GUI (Java based especially) tools having problems with filenames containing special characters.

I'd recommend to put the file on your PC to a directory with a simple name like C:\IOS.

The space character used in "C:\Switch patches" might be a problem here.
