I am having trouble pinging between my 2 networks. I have 2 routers, each with 1 switch and 3 PCs connected to each switch. I have uploaded the run-configs for the 2 routers. I can't upload a pkt or pkz file for some reason so I can't upload the packet tracer file here. I uploaded it to google drive here:

I can ping across the Gigabit cable between the 2 routers but cannot ping the port connecting to the switches. I believe I have the VLSM down. I want 3 networks. 1 for the 2 routers and 1 with 15 useable hosts for each side.

If you want to use EIGRP then you need to use the same AS number on both routers.
If you want to use static routes then you need to modify them ie.
R0
ip route 192.168.1.32 255.255.255.224 192.168.1.66
R1
ip route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.224 192.168.1.65
