Hi,
We are getting high CPU utilisation in our core switches core1 & 2,
We have checked and found the high CPU for Cat4k Mgmt LoPri,
Also find attached files regarding same.

Hi Akil,
I'd suggest you to first fix the Hostflapping issue that you are seeing on both the switches. Under 'show log', you'd see the following error message:
%C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING
00:00:00:00:FE:00 seems to be flapping between Fa4//48 and Po1.
00:00:00:00:FE:01 seems to be flapping between Fa4/1 and Po1.
So, figure out what these mac address belong to and why is it flapping between interfaces.
Once this is fixed, check if you still see high cpu utilization.
