Catalyst 2950 Password Reset

Our customer has several Catalyst 2950 switches we are reusing for a new project.  We are installing a UPS to feed the Catalyst 2950 switches.  Is a UPS that provides simulated sine wave output acceptable?

to be honest, and I have never given much thought to the actual difference between simulated and pure sine wave UPS units, I always recommend APC. They do use pure sine wave, and are sure to work with Cisco devices.
