Catalyst 2960 CPU 100% "License Client N"

Hi,

I have a problem with a Cisco Catalyst 2960.

In the logging I see those messages:

Contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA. 
This could be FN - 64175 - Catalyst 2960X and 6800IA Units Might Display Error on HW Authenticity or Uplink Ports Might Fail Intermittently.
