Jake,

Download a new image from Cisco as the current image may be corrupted during download

Turn off the switch, connect to the switch using console cable.  Hold the mode button located in the front and then turn on the switch.

It will go to rommom after a few seconds.  Change the console speed to 115200 and load the image and test again.

Hello, since you mention those errors indicates a hardware failure, which/what part of the switch is failing?

Thank you in advance
