Hi, I have already wrote a similar question about it, but in my previous question I wrote a wrong model/platform of the switch.
I have in my network a switch of Catalyst 2960-XR Cisco IOS 15.0(2)EX5 that I can ping to it successfully, but I unable to ssh/telnet to it, also from the device that directly connect to it (and I configured it already and checked the settings).
Someone maybe know about this issue with this version? Maybe the problem couse from other reason that you may know?

Forget to mention: I'm not used TACAS, so it is not a TACAS issue.

Hi can you get a console connected to it and run show proc cpu sorted see if something is jamming up the cpu which can stop access , could be a bug either seen one exactly same before on 2960s
That's an EX IOS you should avoid them and try be on an MD release if available
The recommended release for your switch is currently 15.2.2E3(MD)
