Hi,

I got this message after i reload it "!!! WARNING: The switch is not usable !!!", i made a IOS UPDATE before the "reload", when i tried to roll back the IOS the switch doesn't works, the same message was displayed.

See attached the Switch initialization.

This tells me you might have a H/W problem.

you could format flash and upload old IOS via console and see if it works. a faster way to find out would be to replace existing flash with one that has your old IOS if at all possible.

The ASIC has failed during POST. I recommend you contact Cisco to get the product RMA-ed.

If you are lucky, sometimes you can get a 10 Business Day lifetime warranty on the appliance.
