I try to upgrade IOS & Web_UI from release 15.2.6 to Release 15.2.7E2 using Web UI, with tar file from this page
sha512sum is verified, but
- first upgrade failed :
- File uploaded in uploadFile directory and md5sum (fd8643a418ffce103d371ff96931eb25) is verified.
- WEB UI isn't present ("html" directory is moved in "html.old" and new "html" dir is empty in current IOS dir (c2960l-universalk9-mz.152-6.E2b))
- old CISCO web ui is available html directory
- Second upgrade failed too :
replacing 'html' dir in current IOS allows to get WEB_UI enabled, but new upgrade fails in other way.- Uploaded file is untar in new 'html' dir in current IOS dir (c2960l-universalk9-mz.152-6.E2b),
- Nothing else
Web UI is disabled, and upgrade not applied. Second upgrade was different, perhaps first try changed some parameters ?
I should apply this upgrade without finish to broke IOS system.
Is there a way apply it ?
For example :
- Upgrade WEB UI first ?
- Reset some parameter (old WEB UI or CLI) to allow upgrade ?
- Finish it manually using old WEB UI or CLI (moving files and change boot path) ?
