Catalyst 3560CX-8PS Sustained High CPU utilization

Hello,

 

The LAN network has about 35 Catalyst 3560CX switches.  Most switches are configured for P2P connection.  The network has recently been experiencing latency and the show process cpu history and show process cpu sorted output show most switches have sustained high CPU utilization at 70-80 percent for the last 72 hours.  I am learning to investigate why the switches cause high sustained CPU utilization but don't know what are some of best practices steps to troubleshoot and resolve the latency.  I would like to ask for advise to troubleshoot.  Thank you in advance.

First, check stp TCN counter is it increase in root bridge ?

check the interface broadcasts counter is It increase rapidly ?

I think there is storm.
