Hello Dears,
What is the difference between the two network modules:
- C3KX-NM-10G - for use on Catalyst 3750-X and 3560-X
- C3850-NM-2-10G - for use on Catalyst 3850
Both have four physical ports with two SFP+ and two regular SFP ports.
Are there any differences between them?
Thank you!
Allyson

Just the model switches they are designed to go into.

No you can't. They have different physical connectors facing towards the switch. The modules are not interchangeable.

Thank you Philip!
But I don't see differences in the format of them and the quantity and type of supported interfaces are the same.
For example, could I install the network module C3KX-NM-10G on Catalyst 3850 chassis or vice versa? Will it work normally?
Thank you!
