Catalyst 3850-48P-E Switch software upgrade

Hi There,

I have introduced new Catalyst 3850-48P-E Switch in our network, current IOS XE software version is 03.06.06E could you please suggest the immediate next version of software version for this switch or software upgrade path.

Stick with the latest 3.6.X, 16.6.X or 16.9.X.  Avoid 16.12.X. 
Upgrade using Install Mode.

we have beed running - cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.06.SPA.bin  from Long term, not major issues reported.

But make sure you read the release notes and understand any caveats effect your envronment.

always offload the config out of the box, in case required to compare.
