Catalyst 4000 L3 traceback

Hi,

I have this Catalyst 4000 L3 Switch Software (cat4000-I5K91S-M), Version 12.2(20)EW4 and recently it shows a traceback, do you know what this log mean?

Post the complete output to the following commands:

2. dir
3. dir crashinfo:

ok, but this is related to the version 12.2(20)EW4, does this affect the same version?

No unfortunately, this bug not cover catalysts 4000.

So please from your side  remove solved from this issue

From my side i will make other look about this trace back.
