catalyst 4500 CPU usage

Hi,

One of our C4503 switches is having high cpu utilization around 70%. Upon further checks, the show cpu process indicates that  Cat4k Mgmt LoPri is using approx 50% of the process and the platform health is indicating that the “KxAclPathMan create/” is using 52%. The show log is showing %C4K_HWACLMAN-4-ACLHWPROGERRREASON: Output Security: aclname- out of hardware TCAM entries.”

Just wondering what further checks can be done to confirm what is actually causing this issue  or how we can resolve it.
