Catalyst 4503 switch with Down ports

I have several ports on the Catalyst 4503 switch that are configured the same as others, but I can't get them to commicate. Does anyone have a solution?

They are listed as Down instead of Native when a workstation is connected.

sh interface status

sh interface status err

sh interface
