Understand that we can find the serial number of Catalyst 9200 from the top of the switch, the box of the switch, the command and the monitoring tool. But the only way we can check the serial number of Catalyst 9200 is from the switch physical, we are unable to see the serial number from the top of the switch due to the other device is mounted closely to the switch.
So, we found a serial number at the back panel of Catalyst 9200 (refer to the picture below), we were told that this is not the serial number of the switch. Does anyone know this is the serial number of which component of the switch? Is it fan module. power supply, stacking module, etc.?
