Hi!
We`ve bought a few Catalyst 9200: C9200L-48P-4G and C9200L-24P-4G. And now we need to install 2 of them in cluster deployment.
But I`ve got an issue with this task. When I try to connect them, I`ve got an message about the mismatch of the software versions.
Software versions are the same: 17.09.04a. But the bootloader versions are the different:
17.14.1r (C9200L-48P-4G) and 17.9.1r (C9200L-24P-4G)
Is it possible that the difference in the bootloader version cause my issue?
As I understand correctly, it`s no possibility to downgrade bootloader version. And I couldn`t find the IOS XE version with 17.14.1r bootloader version.
I`m confused with this situation.
Maybe somebody has got the same issue?
How I can solve this problem and connect my catalysts in cluster?

Software mismatch but the firmware version is the same?
There could be one explanation to that: One switch has the firmware in Install Mode and the other is in Bundle Mode.
Post the complete output to the command "sh version" of both switches.

Software mismatch but the firmware version is the same? - Yes, firmware version is the same. Only bootloader firmware versions are different. But I cannot make it the same..
Both switches have the firmware in Bundle Mode.

Share the output to the command "sh version" taken from both units.
