Catalyst 9500 Fan Speed/Noise

Does anyone else feel like 9500's are perpetually at 100% fan speed?  I have a 950024Y4C here that sounds like an airplane taking off.  So I get that it's doing 100gig in 1RU, but no matter what the internal temperature of the switch is, it seems like the fans are running full blast.

I assume there's no way to manually control fan speed-- but is this normal?

I found in previous answers maybe you can serve that depends on the IOS version so the fans work, to some extent it is normal to work at that speed. I leave the reference link:

Could be a bug with the firmware.

All super noisy.  When we first boot the switch, it's nice and quiet, but as it proceeds to boot the fans go what seems like full speed and never quiet down.
