I want to confirm if the cisco Catalyst C9500-48Y4C can support the Connector Type Copper Rj 45 such as SFP-10G-T-X (100M/1000M/10G bps) ?

This because I have some servers with Rj 45 ports and my local supplier proposed me 9200 series  additional to the 9500 and said its that 9500 not support Rj 45 ports connection !

C9500-48Y4C is directly not support RJ45 copper termination. you need to use copper SFP like GLC-TE for 1G and SFP-10G-T-X  for 10G. 9200 can connect with copper cables if you select required model.

Please rate this and mark as solution/answer, if this resolved your issue

he already mention he have SFP-10G-T-X so I think Yes it support RJ45.

Q.  What devices does the SFP-10G-T-X interoperate with on the other side of the link?
A.  The SFP-10G-T-X interoperates with any device that supports 10GBASE-T, 1000BASE-T, or 100BASE-TX standards (such as IEEE 802.3an, 802.3ab, 802.3u). The SFP-10G-T-X interoperates with other BASE-T transceivers with (RJ-45 ports) as well as embedded BASE-T ports on servers and switches that comply to the IEEE standards described above.

C9500-24Y4C: Cisco Catalyst 9500 Series high-performance switch with 24x 1/10/25G Gigabit Ethernet + 4x 40/100G Uplink. - Does this Switch support SFP-10G-T-X ? & What is the NM type we can use in the uplink port.

What is your final say. Does C9500 support RJ45 SFP or not. If yes which SFP model has to be used.
