tried both the vlan and the port. The policy applies but when I do a sh policy-map int nothing seems to match. Thinking it was my access list I changed the access list to ip any any. Still nothing. As always thx.
On the 3750 you won't see hits on the policy-map. It's a hardware limitation on that platform. To get qos statistics you can use show mls qos interface <> statistics.
