Hi Fraydoon,
the newer platforms like the SUP 7 come with Dual Core Processors.
To use both cores, the IOS architecture was changed from monolithic to a Linux based process/daemon (IOSd).
"What is Cisco IOS XE?":
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/iosswrel/ps9442/ps11192/ps11194/QA_C67-622903.html
So you have to use IOS-XE, enjoy it ;-)
Hope that helps

Your statement doesn't make sense.
If you are asking whether the Sup7E can work harmoniously with appliances running CatOS or IOS, then the answer is YES.
But can you load CatOS or Cisco IOS into the Sup7E then the answer is no.

ASim,
Couple of reason for the process iosd to be using so much of resource and its not good.
Could you plesae verify if you have confiugred any netflow configuration if yes kindly check the same once again if that is having any issue.
Second check any Multicast issues.
