CBS3020 fiber trunking problem

I am having terrible luck getting 2 seperate HP blade enclosures to trunk with 4507R's via fiber. Both of my blade enclosures have 2 CBS3020's inside. On one enclosure I was able to get one of the switches to trunk with the 4507R over fiber, but the other link still shows down/down on the 4507 end.

On the CBS3020 end I see it as connected, and the switch is incrementing it's output counters on the interface, but on the 4507 the link is down/down.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

The Trunk Failover feature allows rapid failover to the redundant switch. The Trunk Failover feature allows rapid failover to the redundant switch in the blade enclosure if all uplinks from the primary switch fail
