CBS350-48T-4X "Error: Failed to find valid secure header in MFG image"

Hello,

We had a CBS350-48T-4X successfully stacked with a CBS350-24XS. The CBS350-24XS was the primary unit and the CBS350-48T-4X Unit ID After Reset was Set to "Auto". I then changed the CBS350-48T-4X Unit ID After Reset to "2" and hit apply and reboot. The CBS350-48T-4X is now repeatedly rebooting and displaying the text below when I console in. Is it possible the mfr.bin file got corrupted and I need to use Xmodem to recover it?

Update: I was able to xModem Firmware versions 3.3.0.16 and 3.2.1.1 to the switch and it was able to successfully stack with Unit 1; however, if I reboot the stack this switch goes back into this boot loop and the only way to stop it is to xModem the firmware again.

 - The problem seems rather advanced you may want to escalate :
