CCNA Soft Copy

I'm posting this in the same forum I found a similar issue. If this is the wrong spot, my apologies.

I past my CCENT July 19, 2019 and I just wanted a soft copy so I got the $3 kit the next day (July 20) and today being Aug 12th, I still have no email or link to the soft copy. It says 24-48 hours for this link so...where is the soft copy at?

Second question: I passed my CCNA R/S Aug 10th and the Cisco tracker shows nothing.  The CCENT update was instant, Is there something that would hold up the tracker from being updated?

Found out Cisco actually has a phone number for this (even after much Googling before hand). They resent the email twice and it eventually got to me.
