CE-520 8-port Wont allow initial config

I have a WS-CE520-8PC Switch. I have tried a full 30/30/30 reset, factory reset, and I am still unable to access the express setup page. Anyone ran into this issue,

Running Win7 x64 on the host os (have tried windows 2000 and xp)

It also wont allow me to access direct managment mode when pressing the admin button for 10 sec.

Also the system light is solid and admin light is blinking and there no alerts ... it should work......

It also is not giving a default gateway when i examine the TCP/IP info.... so I cant exactly determine what ip adress to directly access the config page.. also tried the 127.0.0.1 dns approach with no aval.

Hi Chad,

Is this switch part of a larger picture?

i.e you are connecting it to an existing UC500 network?

if so, when you connect the switch to the UC network, does it not show up as a neighbour in CCA after a few minutes?
