Cellular WIC card question

I have a simple question for everyone.

I have a 2801 router with a HWIC-3g-CDMA-S card in it , it is stated in Cisco's documentation that a solid signal is between -85 and -90dbm but it does not show me where to look for this figure or how to get to it. Can anyone tell me the commands to show it and where to look for the dbm ratings?

Thanks

Hi Jon,

The "show cellular 0 radio" command will give you the dBm information.
See the below output for the same.

#sh cellular 0 radio
Current Band = WCDMA 2100, Channel Number = 10836
Current RSSI(RSCP) = -89 dBm
Band Selected = Auto
Number of nearby cells = 1
Cell 1
        Primary Scrambling Code = 0x15B
        RSCP = -89 dBm, ECIO = -10 dBm

Hope the above will help you.

Please click on the correct answer if thi answered you.
Regards,
Naidu.
