Good Day!
We just have a Cisco 1900 Series installed on our network. Using lease connection from Globe Telecom our Service provider using Radio wave( I dont know if thats the proper thing to call). I just have some question,..
1). Is it proper that our internet connection still use the Server? The current scheme is Radio Wave->Cisco router->RHEL->Switch. I had still doubt about the speed, coz I assume it would be very fast when the end-to-end radio wave is installed. The RHEL server I know has lots of configs and I guess its slows the connection.
2.) With this CISCO Router, is it possible to directly plug it to our existing switch(network). Coz, I know the router has lots of firewall and security measure. And lasty, is it possible we can access the router and study it?
Please enlighten me on this matter. Am trying to enroll in any Cisco short courses if possible.
