Cisco 1905 not booting from flash

Hi experts,
I am trying to configure a 1905, but the router boots into readonly rommon after configuring the router and  copy running config  to startup config,  then, boots router gone to the rommon mode.
Below is the out put of in the rommonitormode.
Total memory size = 256 MB
CISCO1905/K9 platform with 262144 Kbytes of main memory
Main memory is configured to 64 bit mode with ECC disabled

Readonly ROMMON initialized

Hi

Can you not boot from internal flash instead of USB ? it looks like its having an issue reading it , maybe the format that the USB is in is incorrect , what format is it currently set to ?

usbflash1: not present

The USB flash is "shorting".  The pins are not contacting each other.  The moulding of the USB flash itself is preventing this.  Get a file and shave off the moulding or try a different variety of USB flash.
