Cisco 1941 Router Upgradation

Hi Experts,
While upgrading Cisco 1941 router with latest IOS version, my router gone to the rommon mode.
Below is the out put of in the rommonitormode.

In flash i have IOS, while using boot command above error is showing. Please help to solve this issue.

Hi Janardhan ,
It seems that the IOS file (15.2.3T) that you are trying to load has gone bad/corrupt. I would suggest you try to boot with the other IOS image that you have in flash and copy the latest IOS file again.
Use the command:
rommon 48 > boot flash:c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-3.T1.bin
After the router boots up with this old IOS, download the latest IOS or the same IOS 15.2.3T again and copy it to the flash following the IOS upgrade procedure.
Try this and provide an update if this helps
