Depends on your requirements and interfaces needed. There are the 4000 ISRs which are higher end and cost (probably the 4221 or 4321), the 800 ISRs are for smaller needs and obviously cost less and then the RV series (never used these myself).

This router was manufactured a long time ago, but it could have had several replacement lines; for example, it could have been replaced by a Cisco 2801, 2811 or 2821, I suggest use the following link and go to upgrade, select one of the previous mentioned and see the recent models.

Other option could be the Cisco Router 29xx series model but take in consideration the EoL (End of Life).
