Cisco 2800 not able to communicate with HypotULTRA 7804

Hi expert,

Recently I'm received new set HIPOT HypotULTRA 7804 but Cisco 2800 not able communicate,

so I set baud rate to 38400 in cisco 2800 but still no respond from console line 67 to HypotULTRA 7804 .

Can someone advice?

Hi Expert,
Just to top up that Current setting of Cisco 2800 is working fine to communicate with Hipot Omnia 8104. But I received new model Hipot HypotULTRA 7804 and console of Cisco 2800 not able to be detected, I checked the RS-232 interface of 2 unit Hipot model is the same and the difference is only the baud rate - Omnia 8104(9600 baud) / HypotULTRA 7804(38400 baud).

Can someone explain/ advice this issue.. thanks
