I have a Cisco 2811 with the NME-16ES-1G-P module in it. After setting up the ip address on the GI1/0 port and running the service-module gi1/0 session command, I get a user/pass prompt.
When I run the service-module gi1/0 password-reset command, I get the following output.

According to the official documentation, I should be getting into rommon mode after running that command, but instead it just pushes me back to the regular prompt. I don't need the config that is on the module, so I don't mind resetting it completely, but so far I'm unable to do anything.
