Hello,
I am trying to find where Cisco 2821 saves crashinfo file and how do i retrieve it.
This is urgent, can anybody please help me with the information.

Hi Manmohan,
As per Reza we cannot see any kind of crash info file getting saved on the flash.
Can you check the logs and try to see if the crash info file was saved on flash.
You might see the output like "writing crashinfo on the flash"

Can you check " sh ver" and see if you see a "Bus Error exception"?

If show version says system restarted due to bus error or software, etc..
It should be present in flash as crashinfo.
However if you are not able to find that, then simply run command
sh tech
