Yup. Software-caused crash. You can open a TAC Case and get TAC to decipher what is causing the crash or you can just upgrade the IOS to another "M" train.

It means you've triggered a bug.
Check your IOS. If the router is running a "T" train, then consider upgrading to a more stable "M" train.

Hi, thanks for your response
I have more stable version :
Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9_NPE-M), Version 15.3(3)M
In my situation only IOS upgrade can helps me?

Yes. Another thing, can you post the output to the following commands:
1. sh version; and
2. dir

sh version and dir output in attachment
I see new files named in time when router is reboot crashinfo_20150203-092941-Russia.
