Cisco 2950 switch

I'm setting up a test environment with my Cisco 2950 Catalyst switch and need to configure one of its ports to run at 128k (to duplicate a connection at another office). Any ideas how to do accomplish this? I was thinking this had to do with rate limiting and not speed.

Yes,

You have to use polocing/rate-limiting on 2950 to acheive the same.

What's the switch model number. Paste the "show version" from the switch.
