Cisco 2960 Alternative options

Cisco announced EOL for 2960 switches.

What are similar new options from Cisco?  I still need fully managed switches so Meraki is not an option for me.

Alas, though, for the 2960+ (from your link):

This product is supported by Cisco, but is no longer being sold. Consider switching to something new: The Cisco Catalyst 9200 Series Switches offer greater speed, performance and security.

Look at the Catalyst 1000.  This switch is runs on the same "cut" of firmware as the 2960X, 3560CX and IE4k, which is "classic" IOS.

Yes, CLI for the Catalyst 1000 is the maintained.
