Cisco 2960 boot problem

Cisco 2960 doesn't boot properly and only system led is Green in one environment and works fine in other environment what may be the possible causes.

Input power is 230 VAC

Are you using the same power cord in both environment? if not it could be bad cord. Also, do you have sufficant power in the environment that it does not boot properly?

Queries:
Do you turn on the device without any device connected?
If you turn it on with connected devices, will they be creating some overconsumption of energy?

Console into the switch and reboot the switch. 

Post the entire boot-up process.  We want to see what is going on with the appliance.

try switch mode , aka password recovery. press and hold mode button , turn on device, let go mode button after 15 seconds
