Cisco 2960 Switch SSH login issue

Hi Friends,

Any one can help me on below issue.

We have a 2960 Cisco switches, frequently need to restart the switch then only we able to login the SSH through putty, but able to ping always.

quick question you have any AAA Server like ACS or ISE, or is this local ?

if Local as suggested its bug, check version of bugs reported any
