Cisco 2960-X Switch cant boot

Hi I've got a Cisco WS-C2960X-48FPS-L switch that won't boot properly and it repeat the start proces this are some messages I see:

And the switch work normally but if I reboot the switch the process start again and I have to connect to the switch by console cable and make the inputs again to config the boot.
