Cisco 2960L-24TS-LL switches issue

Hi Team,

We are getting 169 series ip from last few months, we a have tried all ways to clear authentication cache etc. how ever issue still not resolved, please suggest.

i do not see any request here :

Before editing the file, you must disable the DHCP server using the no service dhcp command.

if this was disabled you need to enable back service dhcp again.

also check if the port has any snooping configured or globally configured ?

your last reply is delete, but I have chance to look it, 
all  count is 0 meaning that this DHCP local is never receive any DHCP request, 
are client is direct connect to SW with DHCP local or there is L3 device in between and you use IP helper ??

service dhcp <<- add this in global 


I think the SW is disable the DHCP service
