Cisco 2960s upgrade from 15.0 (2) to 15.2 E3

Hi all,

I am planning to upgrade Cisco 2960s (WS-C2960S-48FPS-L )  from Current version :12.2(55)SE7 Image:C2960S-UNIVERSALK9-M) to new Code  c2960s-universalk9-mz.152-2.E3.bin.  Any known issues with upgrade or any recommendation to upgrade to another level before this level. Please advise.

you can jump from 12 to 15 no problem just make sure there is enough dram and flash space for the new image , no interim IOS required

This is the current best recommended IOS for that platform c2960s-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE10.bin  but E3 is a an MD release as well so should be fine to run
