Hi, I have updated the software of my switch using c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-4.E8.tar via web browser, now I'm unable to access the switch from the browser again, the switch still working and I can connect it to my computer and access it via Putty serial.
when I'm trying to access it via the browser using the static IP it show the username and password request, I entered them and it takes me to "the attached photo".
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Use the command "archive download-sw" to unpack the IOS into the switch.
Otherwise, read the Release notes because it will provide all the details about how to upgrade the switch firmware correctly.

You can run the command
sh ip http server status
and look for HTTP server base path:
it should be with with os image name like below
HTTP server base path: flash:/c2960cx-universalk9-mz.152-7.E9/html
In case it is not in that way. You need to re install the OS.
