Cisco 2960X series switch booting issue.

Hi friends

We are facing issue with Cisco 2960X series switch booting issue.

Switch is power ON, but not clearing the boot cycle. The attached screen shot for your better understanding.

pls help

Raise a TAC Case and get them to confirm if you're hitting CSCvf24186 or not.

You could try this work-around: 

1.  Force the appliance to boot into ROMmon; 

2.  Download a different IOS version, say 15.0(2)SE12.  Download the BIN file;

3.  Copy the BIN  file into a a USB flash drive; 

4.  Force the switch to boot the BIN file from the USB flash drive using the command "boot usbflash0:filename.bin". 

5.  Once the appliance boots up 15.0(2)SE12, reboot the switch and see if the intended IOS gets loaded or not.
