Cisco 3120 not accessible after removing stack mode

Hi all,

I have an issue with my cisco 3120 blade switch, after removing from stack with other cisco 3120, the secondary switch is not accessible neither by console or https from C7000 OA (onboard administrator).

Could this line on master switch 3120 be affecting the secondary switch to complete boot IOS?:

switch 1 provision ws-cbs3120x-s

Shoud I remove this line from switch 1 which was the master switch?

If that is not the issue, what can be wrong on switch which is avoiding us to connect through console port or web interface?

Shoud I get stack back?

personally do not have hands on this blades.

ws-cbs3120x-s  - this just extender, it need parent switch to load OS.
