I am a Systems Admin attempting to harden a Cisco switch, so that said I am not a SME on Cisco switches. We have a Cisco 3172TQ and I am attempting to harden it using a STIG. I understand there are "features" on the NX-OS and when I do a "sho feature" I do not see http or SNMP. I want to disable http, disable snmp, authenticate NTP to Active Directory (if possibe).
I do not see any xxxxx-server items in the running config, so I am curious if those services are there and not disabled by default or they are not running at all. I am not sure what the default srvices or "features" are. Googling Cisco stuff brings up a boat-load of hits and it's hard to weed out what I need.
