I keep getting the following error when I connect a pc to some of the ports in
Cisco 3560 (WS-C3560-48PS)
Aug 11 10:25:41.593: %ILPOWER-5-ILPOWER_POWER_DENY: Interface Fa0/30: inline power denied
Aug 11 08:17:08.293: %ILPOWER-7-DETECT: Interface Fa0/21: Power Device detected: IEEE PD
Aug 11 08:17:08.293: %ILPOWER-5-ILPOWER_POWER_DENY: Interface Fa0/21: inline power denied
Device I'm connecting are non POE, I went into the configuration mode and set "power
inline never" but still everytime I connect a device it throw this error and port shows
not connected. Please advise

Hi Nawas,
A faulty ethernet port on the end device (PC) could sometimes cause this issue, and have it detected as an IEEE PD. Is this the same device you are testing with on different ports of the 3560? If so could you test with a different PC and cable and check if you are still seeing the problem?
Thanks,
Divya

Use the interface command "power inline never" and the repetitive logs will go away.
