i have cisco 3560g-24ts-s switch. when i attached console cable the switch shows this type of language.

Hi,

That looks like you have the wrong async settings on your console computer.

The default for the switch is 9600bps,data bits 8,parity none,stop bits 1

Adding to Alex's post,also make sure that Flow Control is set to 'none', and set the ScrollLock key on your keyboard is disabled...
